Built for your
type of studio

Built by an interior designer who spent one too many late nights in the studio finishing a revised FF&E presentation after spending all day chasing after suppliers, Procurist is built to support your realistic workflow. We can't deal with your indecisive clients, tell your contractors to read your drawings properly or tell the joiner to stop trying to take creative control over your work. But what we can do, and what we perfected inside our own studio before making Procurist available to other studios, is offer you an intuitive tool which dynamically fits inside your realistic, non-linear creative workflow. Procurist sources FF&E to match your designs in seconds, provides a platform for you to discover new products, save the ones you discover for later to keep them top of mind for your next project and automatically creates presentations ready to share with your clients, purchase ready schedules and invoices and turns endless chasing for quotes, orders and paperwork into a single click.

Frequently Asked Questions

I often already know a few pieces I want to to procure before we get to the procurement phase.
How can I procure pieces from outside the platform?
As interior designers, our process is rarely linear and Procurist was built to accommodate you and help you organize all sources of inspiration into one flexible tool. Whether you discover pieces at fairs, showrooms, on instagram or elsewhere, Procurist allows you to add these to your projects. We are constantly growing our partner network and might already have accounts with your suppliers in which case you can still purchase through Procurist and maintain the same trade terms or better. If the piece cannot be purchased through our platform, then you can still add it to your quotes and presentations, but will have to place and manage the order externally.
Why are you charging designers and not brands?
Procurist was not only designed for interior designers, but is also dedicated to work on your behalf. This is reflected in the workflow software we've built as well as the brands we admit onto our platform and the very fundamentals of our business structure. Working on interior designers behalf means we independently curate and verify all manufacturers applying to our platform and frequently turn down brands who's ethos do not align with ours, who pose as European but drop-ship from East Asia or who simply do not mean our standards. We are not and never will be an advertising platform for brands and there is nothing any brand can do to join our community or reach more designers other than deliver beautiful, high-quality pieces within their promised lead times.
How much does Procurist cost?
Your first month is free, then Procurist starts from €189 per month. For annual memberships or enterprise solutions, please contact us directly.
Do you only work with European suppliers?
Yes. One of our core missions is to preserve and steward European craftsmanship through these rapidly changing times. We fundamentally believe in leveraging these new technologies to build the antidote to the pollution of faux luxury brands drop-shipping from far East Asia which has infested our industry over the past decade and crafting a selective platform far away from their online noise. Procurist is here to support fellow European designers and makers in what we do best; create beauty and take pride in our craft.

Though we have met some incredibly talented artisans in LatAm over the past year whom we'd love to work with one day, due to the frequency at which we conduct studio visits to upkeep our quality standards, Procurist will only be open to European manufacturers for the foreseeable future.
How does Procurist fit into my workflow?
Procurist is designed to integrate seamlessly into your existing workflow. Upload your floor plans, annotate your spaces, and let our platform handle the rest - from product matching to schedule generation.
